Create Specs for Bedroom Fan Product (fart vacuum)

As a vegetarian, one life issue I've had is when I have gas-inducing food for dinner and am gassy all night. This is especially an issue when my girlfriend stays over for the night. Not wanting to make the tough choice between her and chickpeas, I'm hoping to create a 'fart vacuum.' Essentially, it is a plastic cup attached to flexible ventilation tubing which is attached to a window fan. The pieces can be connected so that when the 'on' switch is flipped on the plastic cup, the fan turns on. I could fart into the plastic up, and my fart will travel into the cup, through the tubing, and out the window. I'm looking for someone who can create detailed enough specs (for American electrical standards) that I can send the specs to a manufacturer and have a prototype made. The attached Excel file contains a rough outline and materials list. Please help me design this project - my relationship depends on it!
