Blueprint Takeoffs Quantities

I need a freelancer or group of freelancers to assist me in performing detailed blueprint / drawing takeoffs of specifications / sizes and quantities of all window treatments (window shades, window blinds, or draperies) for interior construction projects. You will be provided with a website link that contains a set of construction documents/ plans/ blueprints/ drawings/ spec booklet. This may be blueprints and specification booklets. You will need to search for and find the particular page or section that has the window treatment details/ A lot of the plans/ blueprints we get do not have the window elevations but the widths are usually there. We need you to provide the window counts that require window treatments/ shades and the width and height of each window. Mark up on the drawings/ blueprints and send the marked up blueprints back to us with the report. A template will be uploaded here for your use as an example of what is expected for a project and what is expected from you as our freelancer to handover when finished each project. Each bid should take approximately between 10 minutes and 1 hour depending on size of project. The attached files are what our current in house estimator sent us from a link we gave him in the past, the same standard is expected of you for future projects. When a new project comes in we send you the link and you start working on the drawing extractions of information of the window treatments/ shades, takeoffs, highlighting of drawings and completion of excel template attached which tell us all of the quantities, specification types, sizes, whether motorized or manual. Once you do 1 of these correctly the rest is very easy and you will get quicker and we can help train you in any errors if needed. Do you want to do a trial project for us or would you prefer to give us a not to exceed price per single bid or just work on a $ per hour basis? This will be approximately 10+ sets of bid drawings per week that we need completed within 2 days of you receiving these documents. The blueprints for the sample completed project are now attached also. I do not need you to put prices on the takeoffs, I will do that myself, u just need everything as stated above. Once you do all of this work i will apply the pricing myself easily and quickly for each bid.
