Seeking 3D designer for injection molding design

This project is part of a much bigger one. We are looking for a 3D artist/tech with experience in injection molding mold design and some artistic skills.
Characteristics of the candidate:
1) Previous experience is designing parts for injection molding.
2) Experience with 3D software
3) Capability to interpreter 2D designs and convert them in 3D designs.
4) Some artistic skills (nothing major)
5) Self initiative
6) Capability to communicate in English (major factor)
Project requirements:
1) Convert 2D designs and STL files in IGS format for molding purposes.
2) Capability of making organic and non organic 3D designs
3) Respect timelines when given.
Currently we already have a tech on board for non organic modeling, but we are seeking someone for our next project. The project is to design plastic components for a game we are working on. This project involves designing parts with stones, bricks and organic parts. We will select a number of candidates and decide based on their experience and resume. More details will be given if we think you may fit the job.
This is just a starting project, if successful more will be assigned, the company is expanding and in the next year we may even decide to hire someone on a regular basis.

1) Must provide a portfolio of your work (if you have one) possibly non mechanical work if available.
2) Clearly point out experience in injection molding design.
3) Give an accurate quote and time frame for the model I have attached. 1 floor and 2 walls (1 plain wall and 1 wall with wooden door)
4) Give me a little history of your self.
Sorry to be so selective, but in the past we lost too much time with freelancers not capable of understanding what we wanted because of communication issues.
