We are a seller on multiple online sales channel. These include Amazon, eBay, Magento websites, Prestashop website. We sell electronic measuring instruments. We would like to invite you to join our team to manage our after-sales customer service and gathering of feedback. In order to assure me that you have read the description, please include the word peanut in your message when you bid for this job. Here is a typical workflow: 1) Customer buys the item at day 0 2) You will email the customer on day 60 to ask if they have received the product and everything is working fine. 3) If the customer answers positively, you will proceed to ask them to leave us a feedback. If the customer highlights a problem, we will handle the problem before asking for a feedback. If the customer does not reply, you will send another email. 4) Once the customer leaves a positive feedback, you will be remunerated. We will be selecting a suitable candidate based on their command of English and feedback quality. You will be remunerated based on each successful positive feedback. This is not a hourly-rate project. Happy bidding!
