I have a custom CRM system that has an email engine to send/receive emails. I also have my company email setup through my web host. When I try to configure my company email on GMAIL, both the send/receive function work fine. But when I try to do the same on my custom built CRM, the sending works but the receiving doesn't.
I have contacted my email provider and tried many different POP host names, ports, etc...but nothing has worked. Wondering if an Email Expert can help troubleshoot.
