I am powering multiple 12v LED arrays and need a power distribution solution. Input voltage of 120V DC needs to be able to be distributed to LED arrays at 12V. The arrays will vary in length (90 leds/meter @ 9watts) but always need a nominal 12v DC.
In addition, there are always varying numbers of LED arrays that connect to this power distribution board - varying infinitely from 4 to 28.
I need a design that will feed a minimum of 4 LED arrays 12v DC each and a maximum of 28. This may require a board that has 4 outputs and an adjustable (cuttable) expansion board that allows for expansion of the number of outputs.
The circuit board must not exceed .6” in width and must have an output every 3” and mounting holes every 3”.
The arrays must all be controlled by a common pwm dimmer / switch.
Simpler is better, but I need something that protects the LEDs by providing a constant 12V DC and something that will pass UL.
