My proposal is for complete system design (electronic part) as well as firmware development. It includes 3-4 pcs prototype building also. Will perform schematic/PCB layout and provide working sample of the device. Can also complete firmware development if it isn't to in depth or complex. More information will need to be known however to accurately determine the feasibility of this project at this price range. Without knowing much detail, I imagine a basic functioning version of this project could be created and delivered but if more sensitive requirements are instated, it could end up costing more in development/hardware. An example of this would be sensitivity requirements of the compass and overall size of the device. A standard vibrating motor could cause magnetic interference with the compass which will throw off the heading feedback. A solution would be to use piezo based haptic devices which do not utilize magnets to function but are significantly more expensive and require a high drive voltage which adds supporting power circuitry.

Please give more information about battery type, compass, and vibrator. What microcontroller do you like to use? And, give me detail description of you project. Is here some other specs for temperature range (and other climatic), mass of device, PCB size and form?
