Arduino / Teemsy project phase 2

Hi all,
We are looking for some support to develop the phase 2 of our product.
Phase 1 was created by a freelance, but somehow I need to ask an additional resource to finish the project on time. Current existing system includes: Arduino Mega 2560, Servo Controller, 2.8 TFT Touch Screen (Capacitive & manage internal interactivity), Bluetooth (BLE), Batterie, RFID controller breakout board, ESP8266 (with weather management), Temp/Press/humidity module, LED Board application.
Phase 2 of this project are:
1. Change some components
- Arduino Mega replaced by a Teemsy 3.5.
2. Add following modules:
- ESP8266 (with weather management) finish the management set up on Capacitive screen
- Music module (thanks to BLE) using Stereo 3.7W Class D Audio Amplifier - MAX98306
- Power supply management using PowerBoost 1000 Charger
- Volume management using Linear SoftPot (Ribbon Sensor)
3. Connection interface between screen and a phone Device (apple) using a QR code (to setup first connexion: Bluetooth and Wifi )
4. Provide a specific board schematic,
It will be also appreciated to continue with same freelancer to develop phase 3: the final PCB for a pre-serial production.
