I need an editor

Hello, I'm an experienced editor interested in emotional eating. How long is the book right now, and how much substantive editing do you need? I'm not sure how to quote a price since it's hard to tell how much work is involved. As your editor, I would ensure the tone is consistent and the tone you prefer, the writing flows well, add or smooth transitions as needed, advise on where the content could be expanded, reduce or eliminate repetition, and correct the grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax and sentence structure. Is there anything you would like me to pay special attention to? Let me introduce myself.
