Filemaker Module Import Customization for Drupal 7 Installation

We have a Filemaker installation on Drupal 7 that is pulling book inventory. The import is working successfully, but due to the structure of the Filemaker tables, we cannot retrieve three of the fields. We believe the Drupal filemaker module needs to be customized to fix this. Explanation here:
