Program or Excel to update live stock portfolio value and send notification -- 2

What I need the program to do is to live update the total value of my stock portfolio and send me a notification when total value reach a certain amount or percentage. Works with US stock market. I can: 1. Create multiple stock portfolios 2. In each portfolio, I can add/remove a list of stock symbol, quantity for each stock, buy or sell, entry price. 3. For each stock, you capture the live stock price from market, calculate price difference multiply my quantity 4. Calculate win/loss value for each stock and each portfolio 5. I can set alert, when total portfolio value reach an amount or percentage, send me a notification (email or text, or desktop prompt). This can be an independent desktop program or can be as simple as an Excel workbook, as long as you can built in those functions I need. Will pay only after program tested working properly. Need to work with US stock market. I'm not sure how you can capture and update the live stock price. You may want to do some research. Yahoo Finance! does have live stock price but it's web-based.
