PDF Printer

I need a very basic printer driver created with silent installer. It should call my delphi app and pass command line parameters such as title and author of document for further processing. The document print format must be pdf format. NO Ghostscript or Redmon (opensource ) to be used since I am wary about pricing and redistribution. Ideally it should be like [login to view URL] but I want it to show "mycompname" and display my logo and call my Delphi Application.
