A program to pull product information from online sites and file it in a MS Excel database

I want a program into which I can enter a web address and it will pull the information for every product at that address and place it into an Excel file, the name and location of which I should be able to specify. Each time I enter a new web address and execute the program, it should create a new Excel worksheet in the specified file to store the data from that web address. For each item I would like 3 columns: Title, Description, Price Examples of sites I would like to pull product info from: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. I don't know if this is even possible, so if my budget is way off, please quote anyway.
