I have a range of databases. over 100 to be precise. They are all in th same format. there are roughly 20 different data fields which can have up to 20 different categories for each field.
I want to be able to count exactly have records i have for any given search query,. the system is to be used by an internal sales team who need to know how many records thy have for each search. be able to save the count and have the results of the count output to a designated address.
We are a data broker and buy and sell different databases and our ability to provide our clients with an accurate and speedy count is vital.
