I need the following updates performed on the attached spreadsheet:
1. On tab "TOTALS" Columns L - EL need to be added up, for each month. Anything that has data in the cell (text or numbers) should be counted as 1. Example: If a "Slip/fall" was marked down on 2/3/2013, there would be 1 added to the cell for "Slip/Fall" for Feb. The white area's are the section titles: Slip/Fall is FALL RELATED, etc. Section totals are computed in the blue areas.
2. On the "unit totals" tab, this will tally up the number of times LOCB (column K in the "data" tab) a certain unit was entered. Example: If there were 3 incidents in the ER that happened on March, the formula would add them up and put a 3 for ER, Mar. This will be further expanded in the next item.
3. For the "BHU-BV" tab, I want any occurrence that happened in the unit BHU-BV (column K in the "data" tab) to be tallied and listed here. This is similar to the "TOTALS" tab, but this would only include occurrences that happened in the "BHU-BV" unit.
4. After item 3 has been completed, I need the other units (BHU-PVH, ER, ICU, Lab, Med Surg, NLFC, OPS, OR, Other, Rad, RHAB, and Tele) to be created in a similar manner in separate tabs.
Question: For the specific unit tabs (items 3 & 4) is it possible to list the data rows that were used to populate the table at the bottom somewhere?
