Add to scholarship database

The scholarship site had 1,000 records. I want to increase the number of records by researching primarily through Google news. From there the provider will copy and paste into our template seven fields of information: 1)state, 2)discipline, 3)institution, 4)award, 5)amount, 6)apply, and 7)contact. The text must be proofread and accurate since students, parents, and teachers rely upon it. Some editorial discretion is required to decide which information goes in which field and if some fields should have expanded information. Very good command of the English languare which you will demonstrate in your PM will be necessary. Please quote by either cost per record or fee per hour.
