Our business is currently accepting applications for a virtual assistant, this will be an ongoing position at the successful conclusion of a 1 month trial period. The successful applicant will be required to complete the following tasks: Review and test website updates - You will be provided with a changes list, this will need to be checked against the website to ensure ALL changes have been completed by the design team. Respond to email enquiries - You will need to schedule meetings with our creative director. Update and create email segments within MailChimp. - New email enquiries or clients MUST be uploaded into MailChimp. Schedule social media posts - You will be required to create and schedule posts approved by our team, posts MUST be scheduled 7 days in advance. You MUST be available during Australian business hours 9 am - 5 pm AEST. This is non-negotiable, if you are unable to commit to these times, please do not apply. Skills REQUIRED: * Excellent English both written and verbal. * Time management * Communication * Experienced with WordPress CMS. Update images, Text etc. * Experienced with social media - Scheduling, Posting etc. * Experienced with ASANA project management tool. * Experienced with MailChimp. - Customer segmentation, Template creation.
