Service reporting (excel?)

Looking for a way to create service reports, either from excel or another method that is quick and easy. I was thinking excel would work for this and then export to PDF so I can later send to customers. This is for a water treatment company. I've included some examples of reports.. Would be nice if there was a simpler way to input data. Some areas need to be customizable, customer information, address etc. Facility and what Phases, most customers have 1-2 systems that need to be labeled correctly to put specific information under each system. We take samples of water and input the data. For example, PH, EC, ORP, PPM - some of these have low levels it would be good if the color would chance. For example too high of a PPM lets say 2.5PPM is too high and should change to Red, if the PPM is 0.50 it should stay green - as everything is fine. Would be nice if we can get graphing as well.
