Leading Real Estate Investment Company looking for a Top Virtual Assistant to do Data Mining, Data Research, Data Entry, and Administrative Tasks. This is a Part-Time job from Home (any location) leading into a Full-Time position with bonuses and extra benefits. Our VA must be able to work during our business hours of 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time – U.S. and must have the following materials & equipment, qualifications, and task requirements: MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT: -His/Her Personal Computer -Mic & Headset (when making/answering calls; not required immediately) -Webcam -Fast Internet Connection -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) -Skype -Noise-Free Work Area/Space QUALIFICATIONS: -Fluent English (Read, Write and Speak) -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Must be Computer-Savvy -Skilled in Web-based Products (CRM, Gmail, Dropbox, etc.) -Proficient in Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) -Great written and verbal communications -Must feel comfortable to speak on the Phone -Have the ability to Research, Collect and Analysis information from various sources -Need to be efficient, organized, self-motivated and dependable -Must be honest, punctual, and reliable -Will start with 10+ hours a Week (and grow to Full-time) -Previous Experience Desired (Not Required) TASK REQUIREMENTS: 1.
