Record PowerPoint slides in the Slide Show
We have three PowerPoint presentations that have matched voice over already inserted into each slide. We need each slide to be recorded to exactly match the voice over for each slide.
For each presentation, there is a PDF that has the text of the voice over so you know when the voice over stops for each slide. You will stop the recording for each slide 1 to 2 seconds after the voice over ends. Make sure you save the powerpoint as “xxx [login to view URL]” when you finished.
There are three powerpoints with slides that need to be completed:
Dot 44 slides
Haz 45 slides
Rcra 64 slides
This is the exact process:
1. Select the PowerPoint
2. Select the 1st slide
3. Click “Slide Show”
4. Click “Record Slide Show”
5. For each slide, click “Record”.
You will record each slide until the voice over on that slide stops, plus 1 or 2 seconds. There is a matching PDF document that has the slide, with the text of the voice over for each slide.
**The images on the Powerpoint slides may not appear as you are recording each slide. This is normal. When you replay the slide after recording, you will see the slide images and text correctly.
