An exceptional opportunity now exists for an experienced, reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated personal administration assistant – administrator – data entry individual for our growing business. We are a family business situated in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We have progressively become a leader in service provision and are one of the leading National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) service providers in Victoria. This position is ongoing. This position is long term. It is anticipated that your workload will increase overtime based on performance. For this role you must have an understanding of business operations. Little girl went up the hill. Hi there, I'm new here in Freelance but have a strong experience in data management and well trained in customer service. Keen to learn and always try to improve myself everyday. I used to work for Walt Disney in China as an ESL teacher where being show ready has always been our policy. Before Disney, I've worked with The X Factory as a School program coordinator which has trained me in administration skills. I was responsible to communicate and get new contracts from most of the international school in Kuala Lumpur as we provide after school activities. While my data entry skill came from 5 years of experience working with Barkath Group as an IT admin assistant that was responsible to migrate the data from old system to a new one as the company was in the midst of migrating to a new system on that time. I've prepared budgets and business reports from data generated by the reports. Having a degree in IT with major in multimedia has made me a very technical person and a computer savvy. I'm always reachable online and Skype, Google spreadsheet could be a great platform for us to work this out. I'm really serious about this application.
