I need event assistants for the Value Chain Financing Edition of the Agrique Africa Investment Summit, taking place on the 18th + 19th of September 2018 in Utrecht-Netherlands. The responsibilities of the event assistants at the summit are:
Responsibilities before the sessions:
• Organize and prepare the conference hall for the summit.
• Ensuring that all delegates get properly registered for the Summit.
• Handling of name tags and conference materials to the respective delegates.
Responsibilities during the sessions:
• Handling of mics to delegates.
• Assist delegates in finding their way around the conference venue.
Responsibilities during the breaks:
• Assist delegates in getting coffee/tea, snacks and lunch.
• Assist the rapporteur in interviewing delegates.
Responsibilities after the sessions:
• Assist in putting the conference hall back to proper order.
• Give feedback to rapporteur on interview sessions with the delegate.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English: good grammar and editing skills.
• Ability to establish a good working relationship with the delegates
