We are a call center quality monitoring company.
We need freelancers to help us monitor individual agent's performance.
All you need to do is :
1. Speak on the phone with an agent for 3-7 minutes.
2. Fill out a questionnaire. (Did the agent was pleasant to talk to, did all your questions were answered, etc.)
3. Send it back to us.
4. Get paid.
