Import text files into mysql database

I need about 99 text files ranging in size from 68 MG to 337MB to be imported into a single MySQL database with each text files representing a separate table. Each file has the same three columns, data type and data range. I am providing the zipcodes each with a seperate file which I would like imported into the sql database. Each files has the following columns: 1. From Zipcode. (5 characters) 2. To Zipcode.(5 characters) 3. Distance in Miles. (Decimal from 0.0 to 7000.9) The files are separated out so that the first two digits of the FROM Zipcode are part of the table name. This results in 99 tables for 00 to 99. For example, table zll_00 would have all the 'From Zipcodes' for 00000 to 00999. zll_44 would have from 44000 to 44999. Please put the word 'README' in capitals in your bid so I know you have read the requirements please. I have attached a sample file. These tables should use the minimal column sizes and be optimized for read only query, there will be no writes to these tables and no need for primary keys (unless you can advise me differently).
