I am looking for an ongoing virtual assistant to organise my email inbox. I use Gmail for both my business and personal email (I have two email addresses in total) and have an inbox now reaching 14,000 emails. I am looking for you to work with me to clean up my inbox (get to inbox zero) and create an email filing system with folders for clients I work with as well as other aspects in my life. I would prefer to have both my emails within one mainframe rather than having to switch between accounts if possible. I am to hire a VA who is: 1. Proficient in the Google Apps Suite of products, specifically Gmail and Drive; and 2. Very organised and can suggest systems I can use for decluttering my inbox. Please write a short piece as to how you can help me with my emails and what systems you might look to use, so I know you have read this post :) This will be the first task, but upon successful completion and satisfaction I am looking to bring on a part time VA for other tasks such as book keeping, accounting and other tasks.

Hi there, We are good in follow your direction and work in this project. In general, we can copy paste content with email address in not pad and place under a folder of client and a category above them. For example, if i download a file which client is based on finance. I create a main folder Finance (category), then place the client folder and name his name in it, under it text file with email content. Thanks

Hello! I would like to be considered for the position of your Virtual Assistant. I have over 3 years of Customer Support and Project Management experience. Most of the work I have performed as a V.A. has involved the responsibility you mentioned - email handling. Before I can give a good plan, I need to know how you rank the emails you have in terms of urgency of response, size of project or project deadline. Then from there, I believe we can come up with a solution. My written and spoken English is well above average which aids communication. My Customer Support experience has greatly helped with my client interactions which I feel could be useful in this role. Hopefully, this brief proposal is enough for you to grant me an interview.

Hey there ! Your project jumped out at me and I would love to help you out with it. I specialize in Virtual Assistance, Data Entry and Email Management. I'm proficient in Gmail and Google Drive as well. I’m a detail oriented and organized individual, whom delivers given projects on deadlines. I read through the entire project and understood it. Here are the steps I'll follow to help you organize your email inbox. 1) Firstly I'll start by creating folders for each of your clients and to your personal emails (filed according to other aspects of your life) by going through each email and identifying which category it will belong to and then sort them accordingly. 2) And also I'll be adding labels to your emails, so you'll know which emails which you are required to "Take an action(like reply, have a look)", "Completed(had a look, already replied and closed out)", "Waiting for a response(replied and waiting for a response)", etc. 3) Then I'll create filters so every time you receive emails, it will automatically go to it's designated folder. I’m capable of handling your project and I can organize your current email inbox(14,000 emails) and the filters will keep the future emails sent to your email organized in folders(labels) as well.
