We are a small business looking for an experienced virtual assistant who is reliable, a quick learner and hard working to fill in for a staff member who is away from 14 November to 1 March. Responsibilities will include managing and responding to emails & facebook messages, managing tasks in our CMS, coding transactions in Xero and other general admin. If you can write and manage websites that would be an advantage too.

Hello there. My name is Hex and I would like to apply for the post of Virtual Assistant that you have posted. I can certainly fill in against the staff till 1st Mar 2019 and longer if required. I have excellent command over English language so you and your customers / clients will not be having problems with respect to communication as all communication will be clear and easy and complete in infomation. I have also been working as a Virtual Assistant for a Resort Marketing Company based in New Zealand and I have been providing the owner with all kind of support during the day. However, as she has now reduce the number of properties and my services are not required on a large scale, therefore I can be available for you now, 24/7, so that you don't have to be left hanging around when looking for help. However, she can also vouch for me if you would need it. I may not be having experience with Xero but as you are looking for a quick-learner, than I sure am one and I can certainly learn things rather quickly. Hello sir, Consider your search ends here :) I am okay with all your requirement except i am not very good in writing ... but xero, coding, managing website , social media management etc etc everything perfectly suits me.. Have huge previous expeirence of working as full time virtual assistant for diffrent companies. And gained lots of diffrent skills, strategies etc etc during work on those project. I am online per day more then 12 hours and all others time i connect via smartphone so basically you can connect with me always which is very important on VA types project. My skills are : >> Wordpress >> Website Management >> eBay Store and template design >> Product upload >> Research >> And any type Data entry.
