Take data from a database and input into spreadsheet. After the initial spreadsheet is up to date, you will just have to maintain the spreadsheet and keep it up to date(weekly update). There shouldn't be too many updates in the database each week. I estimate 1 or 2 updates to the spreadsheet at most per week, your objective is to make sure the current entries are up to date.
