I am currently lead admin/front-of-house at a co-working social enterprise space based in Little Germany (Bradford), I put my part time degree in Forensic Psychology on hold, as I wanted to focus on widening my career and work potential, so far it’s been a fantastic decision.
I have always had a knack for admin, whether that’s organising, scheduling, dealing with clients (happy or otherwise), phone calls—even excel sheets! Over the years this ‘knack’ has become more and more apparent. I have been regularly described as smiley and having a friendly, safe nature—along with having an inner steel.
Your company’s virtual need is rather appealing as it would suit my schedule rather well. Not only this but, the challenges I could also face, within the role, would help me develop my skills so much further.
I am punctual, a good listener, hardworking and will accept tasks handed to me without complaint. I love interacting with clients, guiding them, assisting them and solving their issues. I much prefer independent tasks, but I do however enjoy the feeling of being part of a team to ensure a company is always striving for the best in service, quality and efficiency.
