First, Second and Third Shift opportunities. We are looking for dependable, customer service oriented people to monitor alarm activity. Dispatch and work with Police and Fire authorities. Accurately record communications via data entry. Assist installers and the service department with customer information and requests. Potential candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy in keyboarding and attention to detail is a must. Must be able to work weekends and holidays Dependability, Flexibility and punctuality is essential. Works well in a team environment. Experience with multi-line phones and data entry. Call center or office experience a plus. Full and part time opportunities. Permanent positions. No Layoffs! Education Required- High School Diploma or equivalent.
