I believe that I would be an ideal candidate for this position due to my leadership skills, relevant work experience and also my personal abilities. I have an approachable manner, I analyse the feedback also the views of others and I tend to improve my personal skills pending on the information I receive. I endeavour to set a good example for other members of my team, and when needed to, criticise people in a constructive manner and never bully or belittle them.
I have worked very closely to my colleagues in my role as Help-Desk Agent during the last job that I had and my activity on the present (Project Manager) position proves that I have the ability to motivate staff, possess excellent communication skills, able to remain calm under pressure and have superb decision making capabilities. In my position as a Help-Desk Agent, I refined my interpersonal skills through customer service, clerical responsibilities (telephone and electronic correspondence), and by assessing and responding to the various tasks of a vibrant work environment.
