Build me a microsoft word macro to input images

Build me a microsoft word macro to input images, resize all, place each image in table columns/rows and place a caption "Photo # - " below each image. I will provide an file as an example when we engage in the work. I would need two macros - one that tabulates 2 images per page and one that tabulates 4 images per page. Macro should also be user friendly so that if I need to rotate images the macro will do so when I transfer images as the images will be taken from photos taken on my phone camera (samsung android) I would like the macro to work at ease where if I have up to 200 images, I want to drag those images to the file which will then engage the macro to automatically resize, rotate(if required), place each image in a table (table with no lines shown) & caption "Photo # - " eg. Photo 1 - , Photo 2 - , Photo 3 - , etc..... The macro will need to apply to this template report which already has an introduction etc. Note, the location map (last page) does not need to be in a macro as I will need to put that in manually myself. I only need the macro to do the work between the "Limitations" page and before the "location map" page. It must be in microsoft word so I can save it as a PDF when completed. Will be providing feedback where required so that we can get the macro to work as I would like, thanks.
