i am looking to collect a list of research companies that sell advice/ research to financial institutions such as mutual funds, pension funds and hedge funds on foreign exchange, fixed income and commodities. The research company needs to provide some of its research for free online, eg as a blog post or similar. Ideally the author will need to have a background of working in an investment bank or similar institution. step 1. scrape web and collect details of as many research companies as possible step 2. filter data to ensure only companies that fit the above description are included step 3. put data into excel, include details such as: name, url, subject (ie do they cover commodities, fixed income or foreign exchange)
