600 Wordpress Posts (copy/paste)

We're looking for someone experience with WordPress to do some Data entry, basically they're going to copy 500 embedded codes from certain affiliate websites and create wordpress blog posts on our site with the embedded code pasted, plus setting the featured image (the thumbnail image), category, title and description based on the information from the affiliate sites.
There are 500 embedded links that need to be created, as well as 100 downloadable files (they're SWF files and the thumbnail images are packaged together, these can be uploaded to our Wordpress site's Media gallery, then attached to the blog posts).
It takes me less than 3 minutes to do one blog post (not including upload wait times if I'm uploading an SWF file), but maybe you can figure out a way to do it faster.
No repetitions please! And descriptions have to be clear, describe the content & the instructions (if included) as the affiliate site shows it. Also please test and make sure that each post you create works (i.e. that the embedded content shows up properly).
Finally, this is a family-oriented site so ensure that the content is clean and suitable for all audience, including children, so that means, no nudity, no profanity, no blood or extreme violence, etc. etc.
Will send the 6 affiliate URL's to the winning bidder.
