Book is in Word format, 569 pages with illustrations, footnotes and endnotes. It needs a subject? and name index. The words for the index are in a Word? file. The provider will add the index in Word and then convert the Word document ? to a print-ready pdf file. A sample of a final 6X9 pdf that should serve as a model is attached with the Word document and the Word index.
