Modify PHP script that displays a sitemap -- READ BRIEF BEFORE BIDDING

I have purchased a script which generates sitemaps via a cron job. Everything is set up and working fine but [login to view URL] is for display on the website but obviously looks nothing like the style of the website. [login to view URL] Unfortunately I am not as conversant with php as I am with html so I need a competent designer/developer to modify the php script and associated css so [login to view URL] matches the website. This will require the insertion [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and breadcrumbs. The page does not require anything else. The second part of the job is to secure access to the generator. Currently it resides at [login to view URL] which means anyone who has the URL can modify the settings so this needs to be password protected. Be aware that some of the pages on the website may contain code that doesn't directly relate to the page being displayed. There is a reason for this so please don't remove anything, just create [login to view URL] and password protect the generator folder.
