HTML EMAIL FORMATTING

We require some improvements to our monthly email that we send to our partners. The main objective is to help with workflow and to save time. See attached file [login to view URL] 1) We require each rank Presidential Diamond, Ruby .... in it's own Div so we can quickly remove as we don't have data for all these ranks each month, see this months data ([login to view URL]) as an example. It only goes to Manager to Director this month. 2) We require a way to copy the data from two columns in excel. The persons name and then a large space to allow long names then the country code. (See Example below) Some months we have a lot of names and so doing this name by name is time consuming and is the main point of this project. Example: John Smith GBR Daniel Müller DEU Other: Keep good spacing between names Keep the file responsive for mobile. Keep the file easy to update and upload to Mailchimp. Files Attached.
