Need to understand real life SFDC implementations in financial/ insurance space. This engagement is time sensitive, so responsiveness is very important. Skills/ Knowledge Required: SFDC architecture concepts, MVC, Pre-sales, contact center implementations, what's new, resourcing and estimations, CTI, Knowedge, Case Management' Five key questions, where you must have a viewpoint: Selecting a CRM solution: 1- What are the key differences between- Salesforce, Pega CRM, Siebel on demand? 2- What are some of the key criteria that are considered to select one over the other? 3- What are the system requirements for implementing large CRM solutions? What performance limitations have you experienced in past? 4- How are CRM and digital transformation interconnected? What is the current state of these areas (emerging, matured etc.)? What painpoints can be potentially addressed by each of them? Any real life examples? 5- What are the cutting edge trends that we see in the marketplace for CRM?
