Contact information from CRM - Pipedrive

We are looking for a windows application (Win forms/windows app) which will be used to fetch contact information from the CRM system. The input to give to this application will be the contact number existing in the CRM system.

The application should have input for all the settings (things like tokens for authentication etc.) that are needed to connect to the CRM system with the “Test connection” button to check if connection is successful.

It should have an input field for entering any contact number.

The application will consist of below 3 buttons:

1. Search Contact: This should retrieve all the contact information for the contact number (Mobile, work, phone or other )added in the input field and display it on the screen.

2. Go to CRM Contact: This should open the web page and take to CRM contact page

3. Get Directory: This should download all the contact information from the directory in the CSV format.

The application can be designed in C# or JAVA with proper coding standards to be followed.

Navigation between the different windows designed should be available.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. All requirements to be met in the application

2. Executables and code to be shared in Zip format.

3. The code should be fully functional without any errors and exceptions.

4. It should pass the testing done from our QA team.

5. Code should have proper inline comments to explain the functionality

6. Any other necessary documents/references required

First Milestone:

We need a complete application with all the requirements to be met and passed by our QA team. The payment will 25% of the agreed amount and will only be released if our requirements are fulfilled.

Second Milestone:

Will only be created after the first milestone is met. This will include all the deliverables required for the project. Payment will be released once all the requirements are met.
