Fuzzy C Means 3D Image Segmentation using ITK, VTK and QT C++ lib

I have an interface of 3D image processing using QT library, ITK and VTK (C++ libraries). Goal : create 3 buttons for 3D image segmentation using Fuzzy C Means algorithms according to the uploaded article. Budget: 100 euro. P.S : 1- I have the code source. 2- More than 100 euro, please do not try to contact me. 3- If you don't have experience with QT library, ITK and VTK (C++ libraries), please do not try to contact me.
