Hello, So basically i am an individual, having 2 partners with me, on creating an app project, what i need is to protect my self, partners, and the app. against any legal actions. knowing that i hired a chinese developer to build the app in all aspects from A to Z, and would like to continue with this developer by granting them 5% net profit after all costs/monthly as in return of services regarding this app for complete maintenance and anything that the app require as development, fixing, adding new features, promotions in-app, or anything for the best interest of the app or enlarging the app. so i need an NNN agreement contract including all kinds of agreements and info in protecting my app, and includes the 5% offer as explained above. so basically to protect and cover everything and every aspect in one contract between my self and parters, the developer, and the app. also need anything legal regarding the apps for example privacy policy, terms of use, trademark registration.......etc. also regarding the partners, incase one or both request to get out, due to just simply leaving, or selling his share (and how much should he sell it?), or incase of treason with penalty applied so basically what i need is a legal service regarding this app from A to Z.
