Translator DE->EN incl. rephrasing required

I need a German-to-English translator. Additionally to the translation, the translated text needs to be rephrased. The content is about babies, pregnancy, etc. The whole job contains 39 German short articles. In total there are approx. 3670 words. All exclusive rights to the articles belong to me. As such you are NOT ALLOWED to use or distribute the articles in any possible way. All articles must be translated and rewritten by you in your own words. Provide versions that are grammatically correct and in standard American English, easy and interesting to read. You CANNOT outsource or employ others to translate and/or rewrite for you. Individuals representing other writers or companies are not allowed to bid. Translate and rewrite each article (INCLUDING article titles) in a way that its meaning is retained. Your translated and rewritten version of articles are not allowed to be rewritten in the following manner: 1. Changing only a word or two (e.g., substituting synonyms) and leaving the sentences still intact and recognizable from the original text; 2. Simply transposing whole sentences within a paragraph (e.g., putting the last sentence somewhere in the middle of the paragraph). 3. Using any software (I want all of my articles to be manually translated and rewritten) The budget for the job is 50 USD. The deadline is 9th of May. Please bid only when you can meet the deadline! If you fail, you won’t be paid. Please send me a sample of previous translation work – if you don’t have a sample, your bid will be ignored. Payment will be done by Paypal or GAF, but not escrow.
