Step by step:
PRE: Unzip the [login to view URL] file
1: Find out your iso-639 2 letter language code ( <[login to view URL]> )
2: Make a copy of [login to view URL] and rename it to [login to view URL]
3: Change ";CODEPAGE=1252" if you use a different codepage ( <[login to view URL]> )
4: Change "[EN]" to "[XX]".. Where XX is put your language Extention (so bt example English is [login to view URL], Bulgarian is [login to view URL]
5: Translate as many strings as possible (its ok to not be able to do 100%)
