This manual deals with Real Estate Mortgage Notes. It has approximately 110 subjects.
Some subjects will require about 2 to 5 pages. However, some subjects come from 45 to 50 minute lectures that are given over a conference call. You will probably want to listen to a couple of these conference calls before making a bid.
Although I have basic notes on some of the subjects, most of the material will have to come from you and I having a conversation on the subjects. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
The subject is rather technical in nature and can sound dull and boring - somewhat like myself. But, I am looking for someone who has the creativity to make it sound not so dry.
I have neither the experience of writing something as comprehensive as this project will be nor of outsourcing in this manner. I see this as being a 30 to 45 day project, but you will be a better judge of this than I. I arrive at this time table, not because I have any real concept of what it takes to complete a project like this, but because I would like to have it available for a national convention in about 7 weeks.
There is one very beneficial side benefit that you will gain from doing this project. You will learn how to work a business in which it is very easy to make a 6-figure income from a home office.
## Deliverables
A non-disclosure agreement will be required before you are awarded the project.
I expect the final product to be a well edited manual, including TOC and Index, with no spelling or grammatical errors. The completed work should be electronically delivered to me in Microsoft Word format by the agreed upon date.
You should include in your bid, specific dates for completion of milestones (number of pages or chapters). I will pay as we progress through the milestones.
For further clarification on the subject matter, please dial in and listen to one or more of the conference call sessions. Each of these sessions is one or two of the 110 subjects that will be covered in the manual.
