Create Killer Content for Real Estate Marketing

Real estate Marketing Content Writer Aren, a Real Estate company founded in 2003. We help homeowners renovate before they sell, to make more money, while deferring all costs until closing. We are completely re-inventing the archaic home renovation experience, using our proprietary technology platform to simplify proposals, shorten project timelines and provide real-time project updates. We are looking for someone who is able to: Collaborate with the Content and Demand Generation teams to create compelling content campaigns across a variety of platforms including web, social media, and direct mail. Write content for marketing and communications activities, such as blogs, white papers, research reports, social media posts, and website copy. Develop promotional copy for specific print or digital marketing campaigns including social media ads, Google AdWords, and email. Interview internal subject matter experts and customers to craft testimonials and case studies Completes primary research and writing for a variety of presentations and webinars. Track and report on content engagement. What we’re looking for: 7+ years of experience working as a content writer, copywriter or editorial writer for a for-profit organization. Experience writing about real estate or construction is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or related field. Ability to translate complex information for non-expert audiences. Excellent organization and time management skills. Experience with Wordpress, email marketing platforms, and social media management platforms. Basic graphic design skills are a plus. Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
