Hello. I was in my uni's competitive programming team so I know what you need. :) Use Python 2.7, numpy 1.12 and no other libs. Don't share code and don't use others' code found on the Internet either I suppose. That's fine. Depending on project complexity I'll deliver it in 24 to 48 hours.
