Psd to joomla website - open to bidding

Dear Raaz, I saw your profile and i think we can operate for my next project. I need to convert a psd mockup to joomla website. We are still working on the mockup design. I am sending you some requirements in advance. Some layout requements are listed below. Home page plus 4 pages. Resized of layout based on client browser resolution Header/Footer width will be stretch. Layout will be top vertical alignment. IE7+, Firefox, Chrome capability. Layout will include any mouse over effects of HTML elements. E.g. Buttons, links, menu elements. Layout will include One Level Drop-Down Menu. Favicon will be included in the layout. Photo Gallery Contact form. This are the main requirements. Upon the decision of the layout i will give you the final requirements and all layout mockups. please have e look at this and let me know any question or suggestion you might have.
