Scope of Supply Design the 4 pole structure - based on the given details – refer the drawing. *The entire structure needs to design based on bolt and nut method for easy transportation. Able to suspend the hoist of 250KG with cantilever at both side. Goal Post structure Trolley – Attached to the sliding platform as shown in the drawing ( *Propose design and component required to build this sliding platform) This sliding platform will have an up and down movement – with rack and pinion system motor mounted at 4 column At a certain height the platform will slide out and extend to 1.8m and this 3rd or top layer of the platform should be connected to a spring balancer. Also a counterweight to be added to the structure to balance the weight. A linear guide mechanism at both sides of the structure required - refer to the drawing. - All fabrication drawing with calculation report required to be submitted. Please quote who have both mechanical and structural engineering experience.

For 9 years I have been working on light weight crane designs and hoist frames. So i may say that, your project is very similar for me. I will model it in Solidworks as a CAD model and i may prepare the cutting list of the profiles for you. Also i may prepare the DWG drawings of sheet metals which are used to assemble it and you may get them by sending a laser cutter. I will also simulate whole the frame in ANSYS.
