Hi! Can provide sample code with executing query (OracleCommand statement or depends of ORM you use). I suspect that problem in binding of your variable in oracle context, it differs on windows\linux platform.

#FREE_SOLUTION_TO_YOUR_PROBLEM There is no point of putting it on freelancer and paying money for it. You should have just googled it, rather I would suggest you to check the parameter DATATYPE in oracle procedure/function/cursor/trigger and similarly check the parameters from source i.e Asp.net code. This will most probably solve your problem.
