Reading .PAK UnrealEngine file and maaping to know what to update from previous version

We need to update through a launcher big file of Unreal Engines .pak files, we need to map the difference from 1 file to the other and notify, create a Json with the info for launcher of what to download and also how to make the new .PAK file with that info.
