.Net App to consume Web Service to send XML files

Hello I need to develop a NET APP to consume a Web Service. The WS is actually running so you don't need to develop it.

The focus of WS is help user to send files to a server and retrieve some response response both the request file and response are on XML format.

The application must fit the following features:

Create a Windows form with 3 sections.

1. New files

2. Response files

3. Processed files

4. Config

A. Over New files section must display all files from some local path defined by the user.

a. The user can select one o several files

b. With selected files user can clic a button or right clic to send those files to WS

B. Over response files section must display all response files over path defined by user

a. The WS will return one file by each XML send to server

b. The app must save this response file on path defined by user

c. Once the response file was saved the user can preview the file with double clic to shell the current application To open XML files

C. Over Processed files section the user can view the list of processed files.

a. Once the response file was received the the app moves the original XML to responce path

b. The user can re-upload any file or files by selecting them

c. To re-process file just move the file to new files path and call function to upload from WS.

D. The config section must save the 3 paths defined by user and some other settings needed by the app

The app specifications:

1. Developed for Windows using .NET. 2015

2. Code documented clearly

3. Connect and disconnect from WS properly
